Nei giorni 22-23-24-25 Maggio 2003 verrà organizzato a la 3° edizione del Campionato Europeo individuale di Barrel Racing & Pole Bending.

Sono invitati i cavalieri provenienti da tutte le nazioni europee.

Sono applicati i regolamenti NBHAI in vigore per l’anno 2003.

From the 22^th trough the 25^th of May 2003 the 3th edition of the Barrel Racing & Pole Bending European Championship will be held in Reggio Emilia.

All the exhibitors from all over Europe are invited; 2003 NBHAI rules and guidelines will be applied.

Potranno partecipare alle gare cavalli di età di 4 anni e oltre.

La gara verrà disputata in due Go + finale, il primo 50% dei classificati accederà alla finale.

Verranno presi metà dei finalisti dal primo Go e metà dal secondo Go.

Il regolamento applicato prevede quattro divisioni per il Barrel e tre per il Pole:
Ogni cavaliere potrà montare un massimo di 5 cavalli in ciascuna delle due discipline.

I cavalieri dovranno essere soci NBHA.

I primi cinque cavalieri di ogni divisione saranno qualificati per il campionato mondiale di Augusta-Georgia novembre 2003.

Participating horses must be 4 years old & over. The Show will be held in two Go + final. The best 50% placed will enter the final. We will take half of the finalist from the first Go and half of the finalist from the second Go. There will be four divisions in the Barrel Racing   and three in The Pole.

Each exhibitor should ride no more than 5 horses in Barrel and 5 in Pole.

The riders have to be members of NBHA.

First five riders of each division will be qualified for the World Championships in Augusta –Georgia on November 2003.

Per questa seconda edizione verranno assegnati oltre ai titoli di Campione Europeo Barrel 4D e Pole 3D anche i seguenti titoli :

Youth 1D Barrel Racing per cavalieri dai 15 ai 18 anni compiuti.

Youth 1D Pole Bending per cavalieri dai 15 ai 18 anni compiuti.

Junior 1D Barrel Racing per cavalieri dai 9 ai 14 anni compiuti

Junior 1D Pole Bending per cavalieri dai 9 ai 14 anni compiuti

Senior 1D Barrel Racing per cavalieri dai 50 anni in su

For this second edition besides the European Champion Barrel 4D and Pole 3D award, the fallowing awards will be given:

European Champion youth 1D Barrel Racing for riders from 15 to 18 years.

European Champion youth 1D Pole Bending for riders from 15 to 18 years.

European Champion junior 1D Barrel Racing for riders from 9 to 14 years.

European Champion junior 1D Pole Bending for riders from 9  to 14 years.

European Champion senior 1D Barrel Racing for riders over 50 years.

TERMINI/TERMS

Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire nei seguenti termini :

-         10-04-2003 Iscrizione : viene comunicato il numero dei cavalli partecipanti e si prenotano i box versando il costo del box (155 Euro per ogni cavallo) oltre questo termine il costo del box sarà di €.200,00. Il pagamento avverrà tramite vaglia postale intestato a NBHA ITALY, V.le Lombardia, 12 – 20131 Milano.

-         30-04-2003 Conferma : vengono comunicati i binomi e si salda quanto dovuto, sempre con vaglia postale intestato a NBHA Italy.

All applications must be processed as follow :

-         Apr.10, 2003 Application : each exhibitor communicates the number of the horses and books the boxes by leaving a money deposit (155 Euros for each horse).

-         Apr.30, 2003 Confirmation : each exhibitor confirms the names of the riders/horses and pays all the fees.

E’ possibile per i concorrenti provenienti dall’estero noleggiare il cavallo in Italia al costo di 1085,00 €.

Le richieste dovranno pervenire alla sede della NBHAI entro il 15 aprile 2003

I cavalli saranno disponibili a partire dal 21 Maggio 2003 a Reggio Emilia.

Gli italiani che intendono mettere a disposizione i propri cavalli dovranno comunicarlo alla sede NBHAI entro il 10 aprile 2003.

For foreign competitors it is possible to rent a horse in Italy at the cost of 1.085,00 €.

The request have to be send to the head office of the NBHAI within 15-04-2003.

The horses will be available from 21-05-2003 in Reggio Emilia.

1 - Nessun rimborso verrà concesso per il ritiro del cavallo dalle

     gare eccetto la regola 2 per giustificazione veterinaria.

2 – Qualsiasi giustifica veterinaria deve essere ricevuta per iscritto

    all’ufficio Show NBHA non più tardi di 14 giorni prima dell’ini-

    zio dell’evento.

    NBHA tratterrà il 20% e gli oneri per il box.

    L’80% dell’iscrizione alla gara sarà reso al concorrente.

3 -  Nessuna insegna, bandiera o poster verrà esposta senza

      l’approvazione del  comitato organizzatore.

4 – Non sarà ammessa nessuna sostituzione del cavaliere.

5 – I concorrenti non possono cambiare cavallo durante l’evento.

6 – Le premiazioni saranno assegnate dopo la competizione. Nel

      caso di assenza la NBHA non garantirà l’invio dei premi.

7 – I cavalieri al di fuori della comunità europea potranno concor-

      rere solo per il montepremi. Il titolo rimarrà esclusivamente

      per cavalieri europei.

1 – No refunds. Exception vet rule 2 below.

2 – Any vet out must be received in writing ag the NBHA show

     office no later than 14 days prior to the event beginning. NBHA

     will retain the processing fee and stall fees. Eighty percent of

     the entry fees paid will be returned to the entrant.

3 – No signs, banners or poster shall be displayed, and no business

     shall be conducted, whithouth prior approval of the Show

     Manager.

4 – No rider substitutions.

5 – Contestants cannot change horses during an event.

6 – Prizes will be awarded after all competition is complete for the

     entire show. If you are not present to accept your award, the

     NBHA cannot guarantee that you will receive your prizes.

7 – The riders from outside the European Comunity partecipate

     only for the prizes money.

                   The awards are only for the European riders.
